Indigenous Education Program

Clayburn's Indigenous Education Program is guided by our Support Worker: Ms. Sydney Ned, Program Coordinator: Mr. Douglas Williams, and School Administrator: Mrs. Heather Reid.

We typically conduct three large Indigenous field trips yearly including: Learn to Fish (Gr. 6), Sturgeon Fishing (Gr. 7) and Canoeing/Kayaking (Gr. 8).  In addition, we have several smaller field trips including Grouse Mtg (Snowshoeing) and frequent cultural learning experiences.

Check out our 2018-19 Year End Video.

Feel free to contact Mr. Williams (, Mrs. Reid ( or Ms. Ned ( if you have questions or comments.
