Parent Teacher Conferences
Fall Parent Teacher Conferences
Parent Teacher Conferences are Wednesday, November 21, 2018 from 5 to 8pm and Thursday, November 22 from 8:30am to 2:30pm.
Some teacher will be conducting Parent/ Teacher-Led Conferences, other teachers will be conducting Student-Led Conferences and still others will be conducting a combination of parent and student-led conferences.
All conferences are booked online using an online booking sytem. When you are ready to book your child's appointment click here and it will take you to our booking system, once there you will be asked to SELECT either Parent-Teacher Conference OR Student-Led Conference OR Other depending on information below, then your child's POD/ Teacher and finally, complete your chid's name, your email and your phone number. The final stage, is clicking the Book Now buttom (blue at the bottom of your booking page). You will receive an email confirmation. If you need to change your appointment you may use the confirmation to change the time, date, or delete / update your scheduled appointment.
If you do not have access to the internet, or encounter technical difficulties, please feel free to give the school a call.

POD6A - Mrs. Strocel, Mrs. Cal and Mrs. Rasti
POD6A will be conducting student-led conferences on both days.
POD6B - Mr. J. Voth and Mr. Staniforth
POD6B will be conducting student-led conferences on both days
POD6C - Mrs. Prysunka and Mrs. Chronopolous
POD6C will be conducting student-led conferences on both days.
POD6D - Mr. Drouillard and Mrs. Griffin
POD6D will be conducting student-led conferences on both days
POD7E - Mr. Kemp and Mrs. Piche
POD7E will be conducting teacher/parent led conferences on both days.
POD7F - Mr. Z. Voth and Mrs. Supeene
POD7F will be conducting student-led conferences on both days.
POD7G - Mr. Piper and Mrs. Burrows
POD7G will be conducting student-led conferences on both days.
POD7H- Ms. Pelley, Mrs. Beulens and Mrs. Wyse
POD7H will be conducting a combination of Parent/ Teacher-Led conferences.

- Wednesday, Nov. 21- 6:10-8pm Teacher/ Parent-Led
- Thursday, Nov. 22 - all day - Student-Led

POD 8J will be conducting student-led conferences on both days.
POD8K - Mr. Jones and Mrs. Harvey
POD8K will be conducting Parent/ Teacher-Led Conferences on both days.
POD8L - Mrs. Carlisle and Mr. Newcomb
POD8Lwill be conducting a combination of student and parent led conferences.
