Home Economics

Students rotate through four different explorations over the school year. Each exploration is roughly ten (10) weeks or 21/22 classes long.

During their Home Economics Explorations, students will spend some time learning to sew and cook. 

• Grade 6's learn to sew a pillow and cook simple meals like breakfast.
• Grade 7's learn to sew a crazy hat and cook more complex meals.
• Grade 8's learn to sew a custom apron and complete meals.
