Daily Health Assessment
A Daily Health Assessment must be completed on or after 6 a.m. on the day you send your child to school
Process
1. Complete the assessment
2. Upon arrival at school your child will go to their designated Grade area.
3. One of our staff will confirm the assessment has been completed and will admit your child to the school provided there are no risk factors identified in the completed assessment.
